We ship via Federal Express Ground service unless otherwise specified.
Initial orders are shipped for a flat rate of $10.50 for orders up to $75. You may get a better shipping value if you purchase more than one kit or item. Shipping on orders over $75 are a flat percentage rate of 14.5%. Our shipping cost also includes the cost of the packaging/handling. Rates provided are for the LOWER 48 US STATES ONLY. Destinations outside of this zone will be custom quoted per order to give you the best rate.
When considering shipping costs, please note that while the pods are made out of plastic, they are heavier than you might think. For example, 2 Shoe starter packs weigh about 30# and ships in a carton 16x16x16".
Exceptions: If you request a delivery signature, an extra charge of $3.00 will be applied to your order. Be sure to ask for this in the notes section of your order if you desire this extra service.
Note that our kits and piece prices are based on wholesale discounts. You can expect a 30-40 percent discount off of MSRP. If you are buying a kit for shoes, consider that most kits cost less than the price of a single pair of shoes and you are getting storage and protection for 30 pair!
Domestic shipping rates quoted are for the lower 48 US states. All shipments originate from Michigan. Transport times vary based on the destination. Transport typically takes between 1 and 4 days. Residents of Michigan (our home state) and surrounding states including Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois often can expect 1-2 day TRANSIT times.
Shipping to APO/FPO destinations will incur shipping upgrade fee of about $6 and up depending on the size/weight of the order and will ship via the US Postal Service as priority mail.
INTERNATIONAL orders will get a custom quote for your specific package and destination. You will have an opportunity to accept or decline during this process. Our flat rate and percentage shipping costs DO NOT apply to international orders. When you order online, your shipping will be calculated only for destinations to the lower 48 US States and as noted above you will be contacted with a custom quote prepared specifically for you.
Lead time from receipt and payment of your order to ship/departure is almost always within 24 business hours and it is our policy to ship orders at the earliest possible opportunity. If there is a change in this, we will post a notice on our home page.

Alternate delivery addresses: YES you can ship to a different destination than your billing address. You will have the option to specify this during the order process.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us for a no-hassle return merchandise authorization (RMA). Your RMA can be obtained via telephone at 586-630-3064 within 30 days of your purchase. If you are approved for a RMA you will receive confirmation of your RMA status via email and the details will be added to your account history. Any RMA items must have attention: "RMA department" along with your order number clear and legible on the OUTSIDE of the packaging and must include a copy of your packing slip inside or attached to the outside. If you do not have a copy you can print one from your account history.
The returned product and must be returned in good condition. Product returns that are, for example, covered in cat hair, tape or other detritus will NOT be accepted as a return.
Please DO NOT return any items without an RMA. Items returned withouth a RMA WILL NOT be refunded - no exceptions. We make the process simple so please use it.
When your item is returned and meets the given criteria we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of your order as soon as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
